Cookie Policy
Last updated: May 18, 2026
MyAvatarZone uses a small, deliberate set of browser storage
mechanisms to operate the service. There are no third-party
advertising cookies. There is no cross-site tracking. Here is the
full list, exactly as implemented.
What we use
| Name | Type | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
| re_token | localStorage | Authentication token after sign-in. Sent with each API request. | Until you sign out or clear browser data. |
| re_user | localStorage | A small profile snapshot (name, email, plan tier) so the UI renders without an extra round-trip on first paint. | Until you sign out. |
| studio_pref_* | localStorage | Your wizard preferences (last selected aspect ratio, intensity, tone). | Until you clear browser data. |
That's the complete list.
What we don't use
- No Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or third-party analytics
scripts.
- No advertising cookies of any kind.
- No cross-site tracking pixels.
- No session-replay tools (FullStory, Hotjar, etc.).
Why this short list works
We store the absolute minimum needed to keep you signed in and to
make the UI feel snappy. All telemetry we collect is server-side,
keyed to your account, and described in the Privacy Policy.
Clearing your data
To remove every browser-side trace of MyAvatarZone:
1. Sign out from the menu in the top right.
2. In your browser settings, clear cookies and localStorage for the
MyAvatarZone domain.
For server-side deletion, email admin@myavatarzone.com.
Updates
If we ever add a cookie or tracker, this page is updated on the same
day as the code change. Material additions trigger a banner on the
landing page.
