Welcome to MyAvatarZone. These terms govern your use of the service.
By using MyAvatarZone, you agree to these terms.
The service
MyAvatarZone is a software platform that helps you produce AI-assisted
avatar videos. The service is provided as-is and as-available. We
update it frequently; some features change, ship, or sunset over time.
Your account
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Keep your
password secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you upload (photos, audio,
scripts) and the videos you create. You grant us a limited license
to process and render that content solely to operate the service for
you.
Acceptable use
You agree NOT to use MyAvatarZone to:
- Impersonate a real person without their explicit authorization.
- Generate content depicting public figures, politicians, or
celebrities in ways they have not authorised.
- Generate sexually explicit content, especially involving any real
person without consent.
- Generate content involving minors that depicts them in adult
contexts.
- Generate content that infringes on copyrighted intellectual
property (named franchises, characters, brands).
- Generate content positioned as a "deepfake," a fake testimonial,
or any other deceptive use.
- Engage in piracy, hacking instructions, or other illegal content.
- Abuse the service through automated scraping, denial-of-service
attempts, or attempts to bypass rate limits.
Violations result in account suspension. Severe or repeated
violations result in permanent termination.
Consent for depicted persons
Every render requires you to confirm: (a) you have the right to use
the face in the photo, (b) AI-generated output will be appropriately
disclosed, (c) the depicted person is not a celebrity / public figure
being impersonated, and (d) the depicted person is not a minor. We
log this confirmation with your IP and a timestamp. If a dispute
arises about a particular render, this consent record is the document
we will rely on.
AI disclosure
You agree to disclose that videos created on MyAvatarZone are
AI-assisted when you use them in any public-facing communication.
Payments
Payment processing is currently in sandbox mode and not collecting
real money. When production billing launches, charges will be
processed by Cashfree under their terms. Subscriptions are billed in
advance; top-up packs grant credits immediately upon successful
payment. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at this stage.
Service availability
We do not promise uptime. The service may be unavailable from time
to time for maintenance, infrastructure changes, or upstream provider
incidents. We aim to communicate planned outages in advance when we
can.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." To the maximum
extent permitted by law, MyAvatarZone disclaims all warranties,
express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a
particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyAvatarZone's total
liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is
limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the
claim, or USD 100, whichever is less.
Changes to these terms
We will update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes
will be announced at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued
use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time by emailing
admin@myavatarzone.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts
that violate these terms, with notice when reasonable.
